Paris, 1933. Violette Nozière (Isabelle Huppert) is a teenager living with her respectable lower middle-class parents (Stéphane Audran and Jean Carmet) who secretly spends her nights hanging around bars, sleeping with men and dreaming of escape. One night she meets and falls in love with a dissolute law student Jean (Jean-Francois Garreaud) and begins stealing money from her parents to give to him so he can pay off his gambling debts. When they discover the truth, Violette makes her mind up to murder them…

The fifth feature by young director Pascal Thomas, Heart to Heart is a funny and intimate look at two turbulent decades that changed the nature of our lives.

Shortly before the holidays, Laurent, a young, good-looking math teacher, is posted at Marie’s school and takes rooms at her mother’s. Marie is smitten! But so is her mother, who goes on vacation with him to Djerba. Marie shortens her stay with her father in Austria to meet them there. Unfortunately, one night she surprises her mother and Laurent in each other’s arms and runs away.
Produced by Gaumont this is a love story in which I play the lead role of Laurent

Lawyer fiercely opposes the death penalty Florence Nat could not obtain the grace of one of his clients, Simon Risler. That at the time of execution, the prosecutor takes hostage and escaped. Wounded, he took refuge with the lawyer, who is treated by Alain Rivière, former surgeon fallen as a result of alcoholism. The latter, which was once the lover of Florence Nat and still maintains with her tender friendship relationships, even agrees to hide Risler in the large farm, south of the Paris region, where he now focuses on rehabilitation young drug addicts.

Combined with the presenter Catherine Square, they try to make the public thing, but under enormous pressure.

Blanche falls for Fabien’s friend Alexandre (François-Eric Gendron) who fails to pay her any attention; seeming more interested in Lea. During Lea’s absence Fabien and Blanche enjoy each other’s company. The film follows the shifting sands of these relationships.

Thomas, a very intelligent and resourceful child, is left alone with his beloved and fragile granddad on Christmas Eve, when a psychopath dressed as Santa Claus breaks into their mansion and starts chasing them. Thomas will do whatever he can to save himself and his granddad.
Manzor also directed me in the Young lndiana Jones Chronicles.
LA REVOLUTION FRANCAISE (THE FRENCH REVOLUTION)
Robert Enrico / Richard T. Heffron (1989)
A history of the French Revolution from the decision of the king to convene the Etats-Generaux in 1789 in order to deal with France’s debt problem. The first part of the movie tells the story from 1789 until August 10, 1792 The second part carries the story through the end of the terror in 1794, including the deaths by guillotine of Louis XVI, Marie-Antoinette, Danton, and Desmoulins.
